The American Society for Virology
sponsors a limited number of travel awards to help defray travel costs to the
annual meeting. The following individuals may qualify for these awards. - Graduate
students studying virology
- Postdoctoral fellows studying virology
- Medical
virology fellows or junior faculty
- Teachers of undergraduate students
- Latin
American virology scholars
Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows
must be members of ASV or have applied for membership by January 30, 2005, to
be eligible for these awards. Award applications are available in printable PDF
format. Deadline for submission of applications is January 14, 2005.
Award recipients will be notified in writing before the meeting by the ASV secretary-treasurer's
office.
