Participants are responsible for making their own housing reservations, which is separate from the conference registration. Please reserve your accommodations early to insure availability.


On-Campus Housing
For single guests we recommend a room in the brand new Eastview Terrace complex. Each single room has a private bathroom and is equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge. Rooms are in clusters sharing a common area with a TV lounge. Also available on campus are the Nittany Apartments, which can accommodate couples or singles in two- and four-bedroom apartments sharing a bathroom. No televisions are available in the apartments. All campus accommodations include a full breakfast and are air-conditioned. Each room has a desk, single bed, chair, and chest of drawers. No telephone service is available. Beds are made up before guest check-in, and daily housekeeping service provides a change of towels only. Accommodations are a mere eleven-minute walk to Eisenhower Auditorium. This is an economical, comfortable, and convenient alternative to hotel lodging during ASV'05. Campus lodging is also a short walk to downtown State College. All rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Pictures of campus accommodations can be viewed on this Web site.

Ample parking for on-campus housing is in the East Parking Deck on Bigler Road. Check-in for ASV campus housing is in Brill Hall in the Eastview Terrace complex.

Housing Reservations
To reserve a room on campus, fill out the housing form and return by mail or fax before May 23, along with a one-night deposit check made payable to The Pennsylvania State University or a VISA/MasterCard number. Requests will be filled in the order received and an acknowledgment letter will be mailed to you by the Housing Conference Office after a completed registration is received. No reservations will be accepted by telephone. For questions concerning housing, please call 800-778-8006. Additional housing forms may be from their Web site.

Cancellation Policy
Room deposits will be refunded in full, provided written cancellation is received by the Housing Conference Office by June 3, 2005.


Hotels
There are numerous hotels within a few miles of campus, some of them within walking distance. We have rooms blocked for ASV'05 at the closest hotels and have special rates that range from $77 to $99 per night for single occupancy. These hotels are listed below. They offer shuttle service to campus. When making reservations, report your transportation needs to the hotel. The conference itself will NOT provide transportation between hotels and the conference site. Please note: Room blocks and rates are only valid up to thirty days prior to the conference date (May 18, 2005). Please make your reservations early.
